How Dylan jams with you: A drummer and musician of many talents (touring rock star, session musician, band leader, summer camp music counselor), Dylan’s myriad experiences give him a unique perspective on both the “fun” and “serious” sides of learning, enjoying and performing music and this is what he tries to convey in his lessons. In his own words, “In my lessons I strive to have my students leave with one big lesson - music can mean anything you want it to. If you want to relentlessly practice 8 hours a day with the hopes of becoming a professional classical pianist, that’s great! If your goal is to learn a few songs on piano to unwind at the end of a day, that’s just as great!” Dylan also works as a visual and tatoo artist, alongside his music career, and his favorite instrument to play is the vibraphone!
