Event Policies

booking

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

  • You will be billed the remaining balance on the day of your event, unless other arrangements are previously made.

  • All events must be paid by credit card, unless other arrangements are previously made.


Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel your event, you must notify Jammin With You at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to offer a reschedule option, if applicable.

  • JWY reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances, and will refund fees if the event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend or if the event is canceled.


Photography & Video Release

  • Jammin With You has permission to use photographs and videos of you and your child(ren) to publicly promote Jammin With You.

  • You agree that these videos/images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. You also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to you by reason of such use.

  • Photography and/or videography may be obtained during a lesson, a class, a SuperJAM, or other Jammin With You involved event.

  • To opt out of this release, please send an email to Shana Gondelman.


Liability

  • You release Jammin With You, it’s instructors, officers, directors, any parent, subsidiary, or other affiliated entities and its instructors, from any and all liability and responsibility in any case of personal injury, property damage or loss, injury, accident, or misconduct. In no event shall Jammin With You be liable to you for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, which are hereby excluded by agreement of the parties regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • At our events and parties, we like to end with a cozy campfire. As part of this tradition, we typically distribute marshmallows to our guests. The brand we most often use is Kraft Jet-Puffed.   • By attending our event, you acknowledge that we may distribute marshmallows and that you have the option to opt out of having your child eat them or to bring your own marshmallows. We understand that some children may have dietary restrictions or allergies, and we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included in our activities.

  • If you have any questions or concerns about our marshmallow distribution, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We want to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience at our events.


Cleaning and Maintenace

  • In the event that the JWY facility requires additional cleaning or restoration due to excessive mess or damage caused during the Host’s event, the Host agrees to pay an additional fee. This includes stains caused by food, damage to the property or anything else beyond the ordinary scope of cleaning. If this occurs, JWY will document the damage and notify the host as soon as possible. The additional charge will be based on the time and cost for JWY to rectify the problem.

Communication

  • By booking an event, you agree to receive email and text notifications pertaining to cancelations, weather changes (if applicable), and other relevant information.
