What’s Jeff’s jam? Rock, Fusion, Metal, Jazz & Everything Else!
School of jam: Jeff began taking guitar lessons at age 8 and has never looked back! Throughout the years, he has developed virtuosic skill and studied under many teachers including the esteemed jazz guitarist, Oz Noy. Jeff teaches enrichment programming for Jammin with You and is an experienced and esteemed private teacher.
Extrajamricular Activities: From 1998 – 2013 Jeff played shows in and around the Greater Boston Area with his band, Private Circus. In 2018 he released a solo album and these (pandemic-ridden) days he enjoys live-streaming his music on Twitch and YouTube.
How Jeff jams with you: Jeff teaches all of the fundamentals of guitar playing from technique and posture to theory and improvisation. He focuses on what the student wants to learn and infuses his lessons with solid skill mastery. In his own words, “I’ll teach my students the fundamentals, but also give them the tools to come up with their own individual playing styles.”
