Why Your Student Should Participate

For musicians, knowing that there is an upcoming performance is an incredible motivator for quality practicing and effort on a particular piece. Like all performance opportunities, participating in SuperJAMS helps build the student’s confidence, which is a main goal of JWY. Our supportive environment gives students this opportunity without as much pressure as other venues. Focusing on one piece to showcase their new skills gives your student a sense of accomplishment and also shows parents, friends and family the culmination of hard work and dedication throughout the year.
