2 Composing Activities for All Levels

These two composing activities are great supplements to lesson material and can be easily adapted to any student’s level. I frequently use “Ice Cream Composing” as the first or second lesson with a beginner, using only 2 and 3 finger numbers. For more experienced students, the composing can be based on particular scales, modes or notes they need extra help with.
